Leaving a Message for the 8th Voicemail...

When you receive someone’s voicemail or answering machine for the eighth time, don’t hang up. Leave a message like this: “Hello___________, this is ___________! I am calling you again about the recent letter I sent to you in regards to a missions trip I am going on this summer. I want you to know, I understand you may be very busy and are unable to answer my phone calls at this time; however, I did want to leave you one last message. This will be my last phone call to you. Please give me a call back at your nearest convenience my phone number is ___________. If I do not hear back from you I will be assuming you’re unable to give at this time, but I thank you for your time and consideration. Have a great day.

· Remember to smile, walk around before, after or during if it is helpful. Be sure to communicate in your message thankfulness for their time and consideration.

Missions Letter Packing Instructions

If you should have the need to send more of your letters, but are out of envelopes, please follow the instructions given in the following document (the document needs to be opened in publisher). A number 10 envelope will be used to hold your letter, and a number 6 (security) envelope will be enclosed inside of your envelope for your supporter to send their gift. The mailing address to be written on the number 6 envelope is: 780 W. Monte Vista Ave. Turlock, CA 95382 Attn: (your name)
